Non-played sims are not feeding their pets?
One of the non-played sims I was visiting did not feed her cat. I tested it out by cycling through two days and the cat was circling the bowl and wanting food, but the sim just didn't fill the bowl up...

Did they do this previously? Honestly I’ve never payed any attention to non-played sims or how they care for their animals. Non-played Sims don’t auto fill the pet bowl anywhere else so i wouldn’t be surprised if they just aren’t programmed to do that. Once you leave the lot the cats needs will get filled anyway.
