I just think feet in the game look terrible. When you size feet up it kind of only larges the front have of the foot and not the back that much. Especially the heels all look very weird. I don't even know how to describe it. There is this amazing CC creator MJ95 on The Sims Resource who makes the most amazing shoes, and that CC is exactly what heels should look like.
