Going hiking , playing sports , golfing , gardening or any physical activity you wear the appropiate flat boots or shoes. When going out to dinner or the theatre where you spend the evening sitting down you could wear heels and not harm your feet. I just couldn't imagine wearing flats , or worse , tennies going out for the evening .
