Perhaps I need instructions on just how to use UI Extension mod, but I cannot find the way to give Erik the needed Fame Points to restore his Fame Perks.
You don't need fame points. Right clicking on the perk gives you the option to unlock it.

As simgirl1010 said. Basicly always right click the screen on top of the issue you want to set up.
