Fashion influencer career (digital sketch pad, another signature career object, maybe new clothing)
Cafes venue fix
Leaf pile fix
Gallery filter fix
Simulation lag/freeze fix - We really need some bug issues addressed. I understand they want to tweak these new features they presented but I don’t see why in 4 months we haven’t had a fix for a lot of Seasons issues.
I just want something new, big and exciting. I never get that with TS4. Terrain tools should’ve been here LONG ago and The fashion career is meh. Hopefully the next pack is a good one! - Fluteline247 years agoSeasoned Ace

Maybe they're working on those bugs. Maybe they're fixing a LOT of bugs instead of just one or two? Maybe they were having a hard time replicating some of the bugs. Anything is possible. - John_Zonbi7 years agoSeasoned AceLeaf piles sticking around and stinking up the neighborhood needs fixing.
Last Exception spam from custom holidays needs fixing.
Holiday not starting because a holiday occurred the other day needs fixing.
As for the new career it looks dumb, boring, and most importantly pointless. Should've focused on bug fixing. Also the same for terrain tools. There is nothing great about them when Sims already lag around especially with all DLC installed. Relying on simulation lag fix mod barely works either. Game needs polishing/optimization. Along with many fixes for Seasons and other DLC. I still get many Parenthood -responsibility and others when doing things from other DLC such as Vampires. I still see Sims walking around wearing dumb outfits, the other day Mortimer was walking around with sunglasses, top hat, speedo, boots, and formal shirt. I think that's the City Living festival outfit bug again. Not even MCCC can fix it anymore. The fact they're delaying the patch-again-is just pathetic. What are they even doing?! If Sims 4 is oh so successful and sells so greatly. They should hire more people, get cracking on those bugs, optimize the game, and expand it with new content afterwards. Whatever DLC is next I'm not looking forward to. Seasons was half baked compared to Sims 2 and even yes Sims 3 Seasons. There was little to no content it was just the base game all over again. A bunch of pointless goals with random 'holiday's coming up like TV season premiere and talk like a pirate day. Its boring and pointless Sims 4 plays like a MMORPG all this mindless grinding and time consuming petty goals to complete for what? A sense of pride and accomplishment? Pff! Whatever. Fix the bugs, then I'll give you money. Till then I'll spend it elsewhere. - thatsnotsweg7 years agoSeasoned AceI'm going to be pretty damn annoyed if we get another lackluster update with just what we've been teased so far and a few bug fixes. I expect something game-changing since they've delayed Seasons bug fixes for two months now because of it, and terrain tools (that I won't ever use) and a new career (that just requires more painting and writing, when we already have how many careers where you basically do just this???) are not gonna do it for me.
The only thing teased that I've been interested in so far is the portable tablet/easel, but it's nothing mind blowing. When will we get laptops?? I just want more portable versions of items. - XxAirixX7 years agoSeasoned AceNice that they confirmed one career and even something bigger, adding a terrain tool which is what I think it is taking them the longest and why the patch is delayed. I like the fashion career; but that is because it one of my interests along with music (though the most we got is the entertainment career which doesn't allow us to form bands, sing or add much variety).
Though I thought they would announce a new pack (even if just a game pack) by now. I mean we are getting near the holiday seasons which would be the best time of year to release a new pack. - SheriSim7 years agoSeasoned Ace

I had to put this up early because the October Patch has been cancelled. This is the thread to discuss the November Patch. Assuming it doesn't get cancelled we can expect terrain tools,a new career and electronic drawings in addition to bug fixes. There may be other new features in the Nov Patch. There is another live stream Next Thursday with more info on the new content.
Bug fix wise I'm hoping the stinky leaf pile and leaf pile woohoo are fixed in November.
I hope they fix the overlapping festivals and stuff in San Myshuno. Besides the sketch pad, what was the other career object? "SheriSim57;c-16757818" wrote:

Someone spotted what looks like a very large mirror or tv. I can't remember who it was so I can't find it on Twitter but they took a picture of it.
Edit
Found it

Gallery Update is probably coming in December.
Didn't we just get one? Why would they update the gallery again?
They wanted to add even more things, like being able to use our own screenshots for example.
They're also going to change the default from Popular Now (which highlights the builders who have a major following) to Newest so smaller builders can get featured. I'm excited to see what builders do with the terrain tools.
I'm going to predict two patches (again!) in November -- a big bug fix patch early in the month, then later in the month a pre-pack patch for whatever the paid content is, plus the new career/objects (really want that electronic sketchpad!) and the terrain tools. While I'm disappointed at no patch for the second month in a row, I'm going to go with glass half full and figure they're trying to solve a bunch of the bugs in one swell foop rather than a bunch of small patches where modders would have to check their mods after each one.
