NPC sims stuck at edge of lots

Just an idea to see if it will get them to move. Click on the sims to make them part of a group, and then click somewhere on the lot to make the group go to that location. If that works you can then disband the group. Also, I find that if sims get stuck, go into buy/build mode, and then go back into live play. This will sometime get sims to start moving around.

Does it happen on all community lots? I remember having this problem with a specific lot in Brindleton Bay.

This happens to me in Oasis Springs, but only Oasis Springs.
