NPCs from Star Wars & Co. are my coworkers... any fix for that?

Hey guys... I barely play live mode but I wanted to actually play the game rather than only build lots all the time... I really love immersion in the Sims 4 but this isnt it.. Lt. Agnon and Rey being my coworkers in the science career ...dafuq? Father Winter being a vendor at a comic con in San Myshuno...?? -.- . Is there any mod or anything else to block certain sims from getting live career jobs? I really cant stand this randomized stuff in my game.. kinda miss the permanent assigned NPCs in Sims 2 if you know what I mean.. Is there a cheat or mod to assign careers permanently to certain sims so I dont have to take this BS generated setting for my sims? really makes me sad this isnt fixed in the game and I do not have any control panel to set things right for me. I really cant be the only one out here who is triggered by that kind of stuff?? D:

Well, you can go into the npc bin and either delete those sims or you can temporarily play them and give them jobs then add them back to the NPC bin. This will generate different characters as your co-workers, etc.

Do you have any mods in your game? Typically MCCC causes this.
