I run a professional version of Speccy on my computer which tells me everything about my pc, and several other software programs for tweaking my system. I run a gaming desktop we built for me and upgrade it often. It is an 8 core with 16 gigs of ram - windows 10 - I know everything about it because I picked out everything and every program in my computer for tweaking things etc because my husband and I built it ourselves.
But Windows 10 will tell you the basics on your computer under "Windows" "This Computer".
