NPC's Outfits - From Bad To Completely Outrageous

I usually don't post too many complaints on the forums. But after seeing this NPC in my game, I just had to post & plead for some change. What is going on with NPC's outfits? It's no secret that NP...

The plague is not limited to regular townies. The other day took a sim to Too Small Valley for the first time and quickly discovered that the 'celebrities' are as bad, if not worse, than the illustrated earlier disasters. One would almost think they are deliberately trying to get everyone so disgusted they quit the game, it tanks, and they can cancel it so they can go on to make more games about killing people.
