My desktop has a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 and works like a dream, no problems whatsoever with it. :)
I personally wouldn't buy a pack about Vampires unless I intended to play with them. But, like you, a lot of Simmers have bought the pack just for the build/buy & CAS. You're not alone and you're not weird. Everyone has their own likes/dislikes on how they play this game, no one is wrong/weird or right/sane for how they play their game. Variety is the spice of life as they say, right? ;) As long as you're having fun, who cares?
