Objects getting recoloured with other objects' patterns??

I'm having an issue with objects getting recoloured at random using another objects pattern (texture may be a more appropriate word choice...). Below is an example of it happening to some planters. ...

I would always recommend turning off laptop mode, it's hideous, makes a lot of visual issues and just makes everything in the game look terrible. Even lowest everything without laptop mode is better than maximum graphics on laptop mode
