@Lulu29 Ok, it could just be from those fears that do need to be tuned (and have the toggle fixed so they will stay off.)
In the meantime if you hover over those angry or tense moodlets they will at least say what caused them, so you will get some more information that way.

@JojoMOMSTER Those neighbor scripts have been there for Evergreen Harbor neighbors at least since 2020, I played a family who lived there then and they had them. They might have to be neighbors who live in the same building, not just the same hood. Not sure on that one.
