Sorry, this got changed a bit too often.
They don't announce packs in Maxis Monthly (anymore). They also changed it again so that they only host a maxis monthly when there is noteworthy free content coming in a patch.
I guess if the 'leak' is anything to go by, they will announce that University EP next week or the week after.
