In general, what TS2 & 3 have that 4 doesn't, which is a lot. The two biggest are the household photo album with ample caption space (and last caption not disappearing) and at least the abilily/option to freeze unplayed households for controlled rotational play. Next to those would be for CAS to include sliders and right clicking on faces as in TS2.
