How would your sim live, like what would you put in the house and help fill their needs? Example; Cooking Lights Entertainment Etc... I know the waterfall and swimming in the beach fills hyg...

How would you die? There is the special island fire pit with banana leafs on it that you can do if you're really primitive. Other than that you can use any bbq in the game. Or just go to a bar and eat.
For me, I’m not worried about foods. I’m more worried about having some cure methods for any potential sickness.
Perhaps you could just walk over to the next door lot to order your medicine? After all, it's not like the off-grid lot will be totally cut off all neighbors.
