Off the Grid lot trait - how & where will you use it in your existing worlds?

I am excited to use it in some of lots in Brindleton Bay and Windenburg that feel kind of foresty and isolated. Also perhaps in Strangerville, but definitely in the vacation worlds!

I also may use it temporarily if I start a new legacy or something of the like, to add to the isolated feel.
