IMO off the grid is underdeveloped, it needs stuff like water butts, wells, generators, windmills and solar panels to complement it. And maybe septic tanks and leachfeilds. I assume it was meant to be part of the eco friendly pack that somehow morphed into Laundry Day and that would have included them.
But having said that, some great gameplay ideas have been posted here that might make me take another look.
