My Sim received so many packets he was able to fill a greenhouse with veggie and flower plants within days of the gnomes coming to one of the holidays. I placed some of the 'seeds' into the family refrigerator as I always have my Sims use fresh ingredients in their food prep. That cuts down on the cost of some of the meals, too. But I gave up on finding any of the rarer seeds after four Sim days because the house was carpeted in seed packets each morning. I may ask them back in the future. I am hoping that with his gardening skill now maxed out he will stand a better chance of getting the rare seeds.
My Sim still gets the seasonal seeds, with gardening maxed out and the green thumb reward. I'm using the fruits and veggies I don't need as bait for fishing.
