Ok I Had It Happen....

I've never had this happen before and is it really a glitch? My Sim came home from work (she's a detective or training to be one and so I go to work with her) and we came home and there was this random lady in the house who I never met before and what's really bad is that she was a celebrity so I couldn't introduce myself and like ask her to leave. Is there a glitch or do I need to do something to fix it? It wouldn't have been really a big deal if it was someone my Sim knew, but still annoying to come home and randomly have someone in your house.

    I had once Holly Alto in my house, but she was already leaving when my sim came home. On another day Nalani was crying in the bed from sims, when nobody was home.

    I do the opposite, I force them to be the friends of my sims. Usually they clean the house and take out the trash. Why pay for a maid, if you have friends? :D
