Thank you to everyone who's replied on here! @GalacticGal I haven't deleted the localthumbcache.package, no. But I literally uninstalled my entire Sims 4 game and all EP's, GP's and SP's and then reinstalled such (What a headache and time waster that proved to be!) and I still had the problem. The tester family I made had two toddlers in it, and neither one had any whims. Oh, and I had no mods or CC in the game, at all.

How does one debug a sim, anyways?
