Here I was thinking we needed a French world, but didn't realise how even better it would be if converged with another city.

@Louise_G0325 this is the same reason why I returned to TS3 but then stopped after some weeks because something is missing. If they could merge the magic of TS3 into TS4, it would make the game a stellar creation.
