[Old] Planter Trouble

How can I empty neighborhood off lot planters of random buggy stuff stuck in them? sims out of household keep trying to plant stuff endlessly and failing at it cause no space and my notifications k...

Just testingcheats enabled and shift click and delete is enough, as I have managed to delete those, and I do not have allcheats mod.
