[Old Poll] Which Kit Should I Buy?

Castle Estate ? Goth Galore? Or something else? I can't make up my mind so please tell me which one to get 😆

(I have Courtyard Oasis, Desert Luxe and Fashion Street already)

Idk why but I never realized it was possible to use the site to buy packs too

I was so upset to see the option gone from the app that I already got grey hair before I build any castles 😭 I really wish this was one time bug

but yes Castle kit has been bought, finally.

I don't own CE yet, but it looks good. I do own all of the other build/buy kits. Of the others, I probably use the Basement one and Country Kitchen one the most.

Pastel pop would be useful for cow themed items to put in my Kine Society build

and wallpaper would be cute some places

but idk the squiggles and blobs never been my style so I don't foresee much use for those items

Greenhouse I was considering since it reminds me of ts2 seasons and playing with plantsims might get that one day

I hadn't planned to buy either, goth is in the base game already and I have great cc. But I was perusing the Gallery and saw this castle, and I was in love. So, long story short, I bought the castle kit, especially for this beautiful castle. (Besides, I had $4.99 just doing nothing, lol.) :D

The Modern Luxe, Pastel Pop, & Book Nook kits are my favorites, personally. I also love Greenhouse Haven & both of the clutter kits.

If you plan on making any custom content, I'd suggest that you buy any and all add-ons that you can so you will have a supply of meshes that you can use. If not, then check out Satch On SIms on YouTube and he's pretty honest about why he hates/loves a kit or pack. Is he always right? Not necessarily, but he will give you enough information and screen captures so that you can usually decide for yourself.
Since I'm a modder of sorts, I usually buy every expansion pack/kit when they are released, but haven't played the game for two years, so I have a lot of catching up to do!

I love the Castle Kit, personally. I took a look at the clothing from the Goth kit, and despite my main character being a Rock Star, I just wasn't too excited by the look of anything. I guess I'm rather picky when it comes to clothing. LOL

Recommend Castle Estate and the new Bistro and Riviera Retreat. The first works well for any stone buildings of the period (Oxford, anyone?) and the other two have found to be very useful even for domestic builds. Have found they work well together.
