Game Packs and Stuff Packs are essentially the replacement for the TS3 Store, so there is no store for TS4 and points from TS3's store can't be used for TS4.

In regards of game packs in relation to expansion and stuff packs, theyre smaller than expansion packs, and larger than stuff packs, offering more items than a stuff pack and a gameplay item, and then offering less than an expansion pack.
