GPs are a smaller condensed version of EPs. They focus on one theme. And have more animation objects. While the SPs also focus on one theme, it's more like just one room and only come with a few build/buy objects and maybe 2 or 3 CAS objects. The GPs basically took the place of the Sims 3 store. And no, you can't use points for any Sims 4 purchases.
