Decided to change the text a little to make it more accurate to my opinions on the worlds but this is how I'd rank them. :)

Top tier: Ultimate favorites
I like it: Worlds I like but didn't make it to top tier for whatever reason (eg too small)
It's decent: Does the job, don't love it don't hate it.
I am disappointed: A world that could've been something great that I really like but ended up missing the mark and being wasted potential.
Never visit: I never use it. It could be deleted from my game and I wouldn't particularly care.

Brindleton Bay is a gorgeous world, can't fault it, 5*. Easily the best Suburbia type world.
Sulani I like a lot, it's pretty and I like how open it feels.
Selvadorada is a gorgeous world and I love everything about it.
Forgotton Hollow is really nice but wish it was bigger
Glimmerbrook is the same as Forgotten Hollow, love it but wish it was bigger.
Strangerville is a really nice world, love the Arizona vibe of it.
Windenburg isn't my particular favorite as I'm not really into the dreary European vibe, but it's a good world and I can't fault it.
Granite Falls is a nice world, doesn't blow me away but it does the job
San Myshuno is ok, but it's bordering on disappointed category for me as it could've been so much more. (and the penthouses are horrible and too big)
Oasis Springs is nice, the base game worlds aren't for me but it does the job and I use it sometimes.
Del Sol Valley is just a big disappointment. The Sims 3 equivalent is my favorite in the whole franchise but Del Sol missed the mark entirely.
Evergreen Harbor is nice on paper, but totally unplayable as 2/3 neighborhoods are full of fake houses and feel like ghost towns.
Willow Creek just defines everything wrong with early Sims 4 for me. It's boxy, it's boring and the neighborhoods are too small. Put this in disappointment rather than never visit as a suburban world like this could've been really pretty, but WC isn't.
Mt Komorebi is probably the biggest disappointment world for me. It just feels so dull and I detest how in the mountain area the houses are literally in a straight line and not spread through the mountains.
Britechester I never, ever visit. It did the job for university playthrough but I never touch it otherwise.
Magnolia Promenade is just sort of there. I've barely ever visited it.
Batuu I don't even own.
Newcrest I dislike, it's just an extension to Willow Creek and it's basically useless unless you're a builder.
