On what sort of a community lot does a Cinema work best for you ?

i wanted to make a community lot with a Cinema so i downloaded one from the Gallery & it is set for General which results of course in no sims using that lot aside from those i am directing or the c...

I have mine set as a bar ! I find that the sims mainly gravitate towards the bar to drink, but they will pop into the theatre rooms and watch movies occasionally. I may build a non accessible basement and put the bar there just to fill the requirements because I really don't think need it in my theatre lol ! Still hoping they add a theatre venue type one day
