On what sort of a community lot does a Cinema work best for you ?

I use it in my game and it works pretty great, personally. Lots of sims show up & they do what they're expected to do: watch movies & eat things.

i asked if there are mods with such functionality, so thanks for the link :smile:

in the mod notes it states :

I also strongly suggest that you disable "Uncompressed Sim Textures" even if you have a strong computer, because the game will crash if there
are too many sims with uncompressed textures on.

i use uncompressed textures,
the nice look of this game is the minimum of advantage it has over the previous, by removing that i would remove one of the reasons i still play it

maybe i will test that mod nevertheless, if only to experience it as a comparison
cause currently it looks like a cafe is indeed delivering sort of cinema functionality, so i think this will suffice


& i think as @"Marley V" wrote, it indeed depends on the building style

i've built now my own cinema with only two rooms to watch movies & one small cafe area
it's not highly realistic that way but not too odd either & that's enough for me

i remade The Blue Velvet Nightclub into my cinema, works fine
if someone wants to download it, i's in the Gallery & is named Cinee :smile:

i'll try probably to make a second cinema as a retail too
it's really a nice idea & i wanted several of my sims to have a retail :smile:
