One story houses?

Try doing a gallery search on "mid-century" homes. Most of them are one story and there are some really nice ones. :)

Or “ranch” style, most of which are one story.

thanks so much @Holiday ! Funny enough I follow ArchiSim on YouTube and the gallery but he doesn't post often so I forgot to look at his builds. I like the Suburban Dreams one - I'll take a look!

I have a few one story homes in my gallery. My name on there is also Clousinators. If you can't find anything you like I can always try and build something for you

Here's a tract of 1-story homes I made. Minimal landscaping, though. Small houses designed for lower income sims. Slight variations in color and landscaping.
