One thing I dislike about seasons....GNOMES... I hate they spawn all around my house on holidays and after holiday I have get rid of them! I love seasons but gate gnome!!!!! >.<

That might be a bug. I can see rain and snow falling when looking out the window from my sim's house. I find it really relaxing to watch the snow fallling through the window.
Not necessarily a bug. Her computer might not be powerful enough to render the snow when inside.
Well, my sis updated and repaired the game on my desktop (which is an old computer) before playing yesterday. So, I just checked and now, I was able to see the rain through the window. It should work on my laptop, which is supposed to be a gaming computer with better graphics, once I update/repair the game.
