Open world totally breaks immersion for sure

Yes, I know TS4 has self employment even though you can't designate your sims as self employed - at least I don't think? And for the umpteenth time, the Opportunities could be turned completely OFF. Personally I just always click off on the ones I don't feel like doing and only do the ones that appeal to me. Even if I accept them, I can dismiss them later if I change my mind. At least I find them much more interesting and varied than a bunch of repetitive task lists, and they're entirely optional and won't affect jobs at all, but to each their own.

Apparently some people don't like facts that interfere with their opinions. :D
