"Operate Camera" in Get Famous

I don't think so. I haven't tried yet though.

I have used the camera several times on residential lots, and it appears to be just for storytelling purposes. I'm glad it's not just an unusable object, but it doesn't seem to add to skill or fame.

That's slightly disappointing. I had my sim perform to a camera whilst another filmed them singing. I did like the animations, though. It brings a fun dimension to the game. I miss the days when people used camcorders to make home movies.
