I do have a lag after clicking at fridge to cook something, BUT I have had it for a long time. I do NOT have double amount of NPC's , even in vanilla. Also I do not have the empty households in manage worlds and the hood works for me without any lag.
But as said, so many people DO have these things.. so.. hard to tell.
Errands also have been just fine for me. But then again, I only speak for me :)
I personally love the EP!
