It's one of my favourites. I love the Detective career because there's so many things you can do and interact with...I won't blow any spoilers but it's great. The Doctor career has less interactive scope and it's a bit challenging to get all the tasks done in one shift but it's still good. I haven't tried Scientist yet but I have run various shops and that's a lot of good fun as well, especially a fashion boutique. My only gripe about it is that you can't modify the police station/hospital/lab lots or build your own. You can have the furnishings but you can't make your own purpose built lots. Other than that, I consider Get To Work one of the crucial must-have expansion packs.
