Opinions on one of my first houses

I'm not a veteran builder or anything, but I think it's cute. The decor is nice, too.

Really like the interior. I like the exterior but for some reason the overhang front porch area looks like it needs something in the area where it stops. I'm not a builder so I can't say why it nags at me a little in that area.

Your home is very nice! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The front porch sitting area is nice for Sims to enjoy sitting there in the outdoors air. The statues and flowers in the front area of the home look very pretty! Very nice outdoors dining area on the back porch. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing and open plan layout of the interior! The shoes and clothes racks are nice home touches near the front door. Very nice kitchen area for Sims to enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals. The fruit bowl, dish rack and salt/pepper are great touches there. Very nice windows dining area. Sims will enjoy eating meals at the table with sunlight coming in, and the pink flowers are pretty on the table for Sims to see when eating meals. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa or armchair in front of the fireplace, reading a book or watching tv. Very elegantly nice design of the bedroom! The colour scheme is very stylishly nice! It is nice that there is a vanity table for Sims to enjoy sitting there doing their makeup. The flowers and candles are pretty and calming on the bedside table.

I think I would extend the porch 2 squares out and kind of do a wraparound farmhouse effect, but that is literally the only minor criticism I have and that is only because I'm super picky about rooflines. Literally everything else I LOVE!!

I dunno what lot this is but I feel like there's not enough landscaping. I can't understand where the lot starts.
I like the little garden/landscape bits at the front although I'd like some other statues there. These feel too fancy for this simple house/landscaping. The back of the house is disappointing. You'd tihnk if someone lives there there'd be something at the back too. Even different kinda grass.
Maybe it's just me cause I like tons and tons of landscaping and a really distinct cut from the rest of the world. I like fences. But even without it I still feel like there could be more.
The inside looks nice. At first it felt a little monochrome with the gray but it's actually cute. What is that gray wallpaper?
4/5 for me. the outside needs work I think.
