Option to always start at residential worlds instead of "resume game"

It is absolute nuisance to have to "resume game" when the are so many simmers who simply love the game for its building options. Sometimes all we want to do is create and build. I hate the beginning l...

Yet then you have to choose a save file first. I have a lot of save files, so I have to wait for some time.

Though it does work, I'd like a quicker way...
