Options with Toddler when both parents are working?

Are there options with toddlers while both parents need to go to work? I'm still fairly inexperienced with toddlers but; in the past I have had them swap off and resorted to taking vacation days wher...

I never knew they got skills when at day care! I always hired a nanny so that I could have my toddler work on skills.
