I agree completely with Nannies being a waste of space.
For me though, the biggest issue is that simply bathing/feeding/pottying the toddler (the bare minimum, with no play/socialisation) is a full time job. Each of those tasks takes 2-3 hours and needs doing a bit more than once a day. The only lifehack I so far discovered is that you can put a plate of food on the floor and let the toddler feed themselves.
Even so, i think you can forget about your adults advancing their career while their child is a toddler. They won't get their daily tasks done, they won't have time to build skills, heck there's going to be times when they show up for work with negative moodlets and low needs. Save your work vacation allowance for Toddler week, you'll need it just to catch up on stuff.
