Options with Toddler when both parents are working?

Are there options with toddlers while both parents need to go to work? I'm still fairly inexperienced with toddlers but; in the past I have had them swap off and resorted to taking vacation days wher...

I generally have one stay at home parent but in my current game both parents work and I have a fantastic nany. I'm glad I lucked out with her because it seems some are useless.
