Origin Bundle Not Showing As An Option?
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post my question...
I have every EP except Snowy Escape. I have every GP except for JtB and JA. (Please don't judge me on the amount of money I've spent. I blame lockdown.) I've been waiting for SA to get JA because I've purchased a lot of my EPs through the Origin Bundle Pack special. When I open Origin on either the application I don't see this as an option. When I open Origin on the website, I get a message saying, "You're quite the collector! Because you own so much content for The Sims 4 already, we can't create a totally new bundle for you at this time. Please check out our individual packs to grab something new."
I see the option to buy a bundle in game before I load a save or start a new save file, but it complains that I don't have the Origin In-Game activated. When I go to the Origin application, it says that I do have it activated.
I would like to by SA, JA, and some as of yet decided SP (deciding between Laundry Day, Romantic Garden, Backyard, Movie Hangout, and Cool Kitchen), but I want to get them as a bundle. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
