Origin Game Repair Takes A Long Time - What's Changed??

Has anyone noticed that repairing the game takes a very long time compared to how short of a time it used to take? A game repair used to take maximum 10 mins and that's with all the packs installed. ...

The more packs are added to the game, the longer it will take to repair it. The repair will run through each pack plus verify them and the base game it self.
