Origin problem with new pack

I've downloaded the expansion pack using origin on Mac. The game says its downloaded but none of the content is showing up? I tried to filter objects and next to the little symbol for growing together it says 'you do not have this content'. No new world etc showing. Is anyone able to help? Ive closed the game, restarted my laptop and the origin app etc.

    Same. Also using Origin. It says I own the content and I click “see in Library” but it’s apparently not downloaded at all? But the world shows up in my list and says “pre-purchased”. How … odd. I restarted my Mac and signed out and back in to Origin and still nothing.

    I’ll have to look into this later.

    Literally the exact same thing. It's super frustrating! I just want to play!
