Problem with the 2 for 1 crystal pack

Hey there, I just bought the 2 for 1 pack and just received 1 of the 2 promised packs. After buying I had the buy screen overlap the rest of the other screens and had to restart. Anyone else experience this problem?

    did you check in the store if you had a free pack?  that's how mine showed up afterwards

    Is the buy one get one free limited to the 20 dollar pack or can you get a vault? I can't see where this posted.
