And, by the way, you can also reduce the triplets with MCCC. Go to MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Offspring > Maximum Offspring. This limits the number of babies you can possibly have at once.
And to clarify something else I said: you will never get a notification about other households until you go into the notification settings and manually set it to “all.” If a sim you don’t want pregnant suddenly is, summon them and then select the sim and go to MC Pregnancy > Pregnancy Phase > Pregnancy End.
I hope that helps! MCCC is a huge mod that can do sooo many things, but it’s also the likely cause of the many random pregnancies. Just adjust the settings and things should get better. If you go to the overview page (https://deaderpool-mccc.com/#/doc/overview) and search for the word “pregnancy” you can see all the functions.
