In what way was the shirt wrong? It doesn't matter which color you buy, buying one unlocks all colors (of the same motive).
Things that happened to my sims:
- An uni student had exam anxiety, so her witch friend in the same household gave her a potion of emotional stability. The potion was spoiled though, and caused the poor, already anxious student to cycle through a variety of moods. On the upside this gained me the achievement where a sim needs to experience all emotion within 24 hours. Easiest way I ever got this particular achievement!
- The witch student dabbles in acting. Unfortunately the co-star she got assigned has two fame stars more than her, and refuses to accept her "attempt introduction". As a result she cannot practise the text with him. I solved this by switching to Jerry and having him introduce himself to my Emma, reasoning that the the director would have given him an earful for his unprofessional behavior.
