Overuse of water

Hi there, my sim keeps getting fined for overuse of water. I checked the naps and this wasn’t one of the voted, I went to game options and turned off the eco voting but still got the overuse charges. I took eco lifestyle out of my game, played and didn’t get charged, saved and exited, put eco lifestyle back in my game, made sure the voting was still off but in the morning my sim was charged again for overuse. Is there any way I can stop this please. My sim is a national leader, would she have voted for this?

Found it was littlemsSams holiday home mod, took me 2 days to find it. Thank you so much for your help.

Sounds like your sim got tagged with the NAP at some point - maybe she was in a neighborhood that did have it, then moved? I think she needs to be in a neighborhood where it’s repealed to remove the tag (or possibly it can be removed with a mod, if someone else wants to chip in with a mod).
Try adding the NAP to her neighborhood, then repealing it.

Hi there, tried that but it didn’t help. I’ve tried a mod by MizoreYuki that blocks naps, that hasn’t help and I changed the settings in MCCC so that no bills were paid and that didn’t help either, my sim still gets charged and occasionally overuse of power pops up.

I will keep looking.
