My thoughts exactly, especially with San Myshuno and Brindleton Bay. Makes me think of the wealthy people in East Coast cities and their homes in the Hamptons, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard etc. I want to replicate that same lifestyle in my game. An why shouldn't we, considering the tons of money easily made in TS4. We need something to spend it on. I hope this will be a feature before the development of TS4 ends.
