Bonehilda's just a CAS skin, which you knew she was just a skin on a Sim Body anyway. It comes off in the bath because clearly she has no 'swimming' skin. I wonder if the Devs will fix that? I mean they do have a skeleton skin without a maid outfit to use anyway.
