I've made a lot of progress with romancing Guidry, but I can confirm that there was no option to WooHoo with him, not in my game at least.
I checked all the romance dialogue options and also clicked on the bed and nothing. I hope it's a bug, and not something intentional.
Odd, I’ll have to do some testing to see which of my mods must be enabling it.
