I think it depends on the relationship between the Sims. Mine usually get along really well and I get things like: Daddy's Girl, Mummy's Girl, World's Best Grandma, and I can't remember the name of the siblings one. I guess if their relationship is low, like deffinetly in the red then they'll get "Rival Siblings". Sims made in Create-a-Sim seem to have neutral relationship descriptions with their relatives.
